Terms and conditions

  • It is IMPORTANT you call us between 4pm and 5pm the day prior to your trip for a final confirmation as all of our trips are numbers and weather dependent

  • All our trips have a 48hr change and cancellation policy which means you will not receive a refund if you cancel inside this time frame

  • No refunds will be given if you are unable to participate due to a medical condition or seasickness

  • Yongala Dive reserves the right to cancel due to minimum numbers not being met, bad weather or maintenance issues
