Get here now, not super busy. The other day we only had 6 on who enjoyed the wreck in 20 metres vis and not another person around. Most days we are the out there by ourselves, one of the world’s best dives in private!

Nth Qld has been awash, the Bruce Hwy became a new Qld dive site for a week but is back to normal.
For 2 months prior to the rain, conditions were awesome, running everyday, doing 2 trips on busy days.
The bait schools arrived on mass, along with the predators and there were some sights to be seen, sometimes it seemed the entire wreck was swaying to and fro. Coral was filmed spawning by day and we had a few prolonged up close and personal encounters with Whale Sharks.
Conditions are now calm, vis got down to about 5-10metres with the 1st metre fresh, but is improving rapidly.
If you mention this post in Feb you will receive 10% off dive prices.

Very good diving recently, extremely active wildlife with up to 4 huge Qld grouper patrolling either the stern or the bow daily.
Had some magnificent glass out days, and one day had zero! tidal movement (1 tide all day).
Check the photo (bit blurry), couple of grouper off bow with a turtle swimming down from top right
