Before booking please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions:

Bookings may be accepted via email but Credit card details are required to secure the booking, full payment will be taken by a method of your choice on the day of departure.  We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard or EFTPOS.  (Download our CC Booking form below and fax to +61 7 4783 7277)

A full refund will be provided if a trip is cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions if you are unable to reschedule your trip. No refunds will be provided for cancellations by passengers within 48 hours of departure, unless we are able to fill your space (at management discretion).

To confirm departure details and weather conditions please call us between 3.30 - 5pm on the day prior to your trip.  Times may vary due to tides/sea conditions.
